Birthday FAQs
Snapology themes are designed with kids in mind. We cover just about every major theme children love, from magical worlds and animal adventures to heroic quests, racing games, and building challenges. Whether your learners are into animation, fantasy, video games, or science fiction, we have something that sparks their imagination.
If there’s a favorite theme we don’t already offer, we can create a custom experience just for your group. Our programs are as flexible and creative as the kids who attend them!

- Party room can accommodate up to 24 children
- Private Party and Premium Party Total Capacity (children and adults) – 50
- Party room can accommodate up to 24 children, for larger groups of children please contact us for special arrangement.
What is the party schedule?
Our Classic and Premium parties follow the same general schedule.- The guest of honor and his/her family arrives 15 minutes before the party begins
- 10-20 minutes of free play at our Interactive Stations while everyone arrives
- Serve meal if applicable (if you brought food like pizza or sandwiches)
- Structured activity led by our Snapologist
- Kids disassemble builds and return materials to bins (builds are not taken home)
- Interactive games or challenges if included in the theme
- Kids rotate through our Interactive Stations
- Enjoy birthday treat (and snacks if brought) and sing “Happy Birthday”
- Optional: Open presents (2-hour upgrade required) (Please let us know before hand if you plan to open presents at the party.)
- More free play if time allows.
- Please plan for all your guests to depart at your scheduled time
How long does the party last?
Basic and Classic parties are 90 minutes long with the ability to upgrade to a 2-hour party during some time slots. Premium parties are 2-hours.Outside Food Policy and Guidelines
Snapology allows families to bring a birthday treat (such as a cake or cupcakes) and individually packaged drinks for their party at no additional charge. If you choose to bring additional outside food beyond these items, please note that a **$20 fee will be applied to cover the extra management and serving required. To ensure all food aligns with our safety and cleanliness guidelines, please review our “Snapology Birthday Party Food Guidelines” (above on the webpage below the packages) before finalizing your menu. If you have any questions or are considering bringing foods not listed in the guidelines, please contact us to confirm that they are acceptable.
