More Than Cake and Candles
Snapology birthday celebrations give kids a place to build, create, connect, and enjoy time with friends. Depending on the package you choose, your celebration may include Free Play at our interactive stations, a facilitator-led themed building activity, party hosting, decorations, and other extras.
You Get to Enjoy the Birthday, Too
With a Classic or Premium Snapology party, parents do not have to spend the celebration directing children, watching the clock, serving guests, managing transitions, or cleaning up between activities. Our team hosts the experience from the time your guests arrive until it is time to say goodbye.
We gather the children, lead the structured themed building activity, guide them through the experience, and transition them back to Creative Play.
We help say farewell to guests, hand out goodie bags, gather your belongings, load our wagon, and help take your party items out to your vehicle.
Be present. Take pictures. Talk with your guests. Watch your child celebrate. Enjoy the birthday instead of managing it.
Classic and Premium parties are designed to feel like a celebration for parents, too.

Choose the Celebration That Fits Your Family
Choose a family-led celebration, a fully hosted Classic experience, or a private fully hosted Premium celebration. All packages are offered at our Lancaster Center at 2503 Oregon Pike.
Basic Party
- Up to 10 children included in the base price
- Additional children: $12 per child
- 90 minutes of Free Play at Snapology’s interactive stations
- Family manages the party flow: Parents or caregivers oversee guests, transitions, food, birthday treats, and the overall celebration.
- Access to the Party Room
- Staff available to assist with station activities, but not as party hosts
- Family provides and sets up decorations and tableware
- Guest limit: up to 15 children and 20 total guests
- Birthday T-shirt for the guest of honor may be added for $15
Private party: +$100, with exclusive use of the Center and capacity up to 24 children / 45 total guests.
Family is responsible for basic clean-up, including removing decorations and disposing of trash.
Classic Party
- Up to 10 children included in the base price
- Additional children: $15 per child
- 90 minutes of party time
- Guided creative themed building activity led by a facilitator
- Free Play at Snapology’s interactive stations
- Fully hosted celebration: Our team welcomes guests, oversees Creative Play, manages transitions, leads the themed building activity, serves food and the birthday treat, leads Happy Birthday, distributes goodie bags when provided, handles clean-up, says farewell to guests, and helps take party belongings to your vehicle afterward.

- Up to 10 children included in the base price
- Additional children: $25 per child
- 120 minutes of party time
- Guided themed building activity led by a facilitator
- Free Play at Snapology’s interactive stations
- Private event with exclusive use of the Center
- Fully hosted celebration: Our team welcomes guests, oversees Creative Play, manages transitions, leads the themed building activity, serves food and the birthday treat, leads Happy Birthday, distributes goodie bags, handles clean-up, says farewell to guests, and helps take party belongings to your vehicle afterward.

- Goodie bag for each child, featuring a mini building set, temporary tattoos, and stickers in our custom Snapology drawstring bag. Choose from our standard building set options, subject to availability.

Goodie bag package excludes the Dino-Large Egg Block Set. Upgrade to the Large Dino Egg Block Set for an additional $2 per goodie bag.

Birthday parties are scheduled directly with our Lancaster team so we can
help match your family with the best available date, time, and party option.
When you contact us, please include your preferred date,
one or two alternate dates if possible, and your preferred time.
1:30–3:00 PM
3:30–5:00 PM
Additional Saturday times may be available depending on the party package and other scheduled events.
Availability depends on the Center schedule for that date.
Please note: The Lancaster Center is closed on Sundays,
so birthday parties are not available on Sundays.

Add Snapology-themed goodie bags with a mini building block set, temporary tattoos, and stickers.
Payment & Gratuity Information
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all party packages. The remaining balance is calculated on the day of the party and must be paid at that time.
Payment: Credit card payments are accepted. For staff safety, cash is not accepted as a standard payment method. If you need to make special arrangements to pay by cash or check, contact Becka in advance at beckas@snapologyLRH.com.
Gratuity: Tips for your party facilitator are customary and greatly appreciated. Families may tip in cash or add gratuity to the final invoice when paying by card.
Outside Food Policy & Guidelines
Families may bring a birthday treat, such as cake or cupcakes, and individually packaged drinks at no additional charge. Additional outside food beyond these items is subject to a $20 fee to cover the extra management and serving required.
Please review the Snapology Birthday Party Food Guidelines before finalizing your menu. Contact us in advance if you are considering foods not listed in the guidelines.
