All you need to do is choose your theme, send the invites, and show up with the cake. We take care of ALL of the rest—including clean-up and coordination with the Gardens staff. Birthday planning has never been this easy!Party Rates & Themes
- Base Price for up to 10 children + 4 adults: $399
- Additional children: $24 each
- Additional adults: $12 each (includes admission to Gardens and Butterfly Atrium)
- Upgrade to a 2-hour party: +$100

Birthday FAQs
Snapology themes are designed with kids in mind. We cover just about every major theme children love, from magical worlds and animal adventures to heroic quests, racing games, and building challenges. Whether your learners are into animation, fantasy, video games, or science fiction, we have something that sparks their imagination.
If there’s a favorite theme we don’t already offer, we can create a custom experience just for your group. Our programs are as flexible and creative as the kids who attend them!
- The guest of honor and his/her family arrives 15 minutes before the party begins.
- 5-10 minutes of free building while everyone arrives.
- Structured activity led by our Snapologist. Interactive games or challenges if included in the theme.
- Kids disassemble builds and return materials to bins (builds are not taken home).
- Enjoy food if brought (2-hour upgrade recommended).
- Enjoy birthday treat and sing “Happy Birthday”
- Optional: Open presents (2-hour upgrade required) (Please let us know beforehand if you plan to open presents at the party.)
- Party attendees visit Gardens and Butterfly Atrium.
- Please plan for all your guests to depart the Garden Cottage at your scheduled time.
