Hershey Gardens birthday parties combine a facilitator-led themed building activity with a memorable setting and admission to the Gardens and Butterfly Atrium. The standard Snapology party portion is 90 minutes. After the hosted party concludes, families should plan approximately 30–90 additional minutes to explore Hershey Gardens and the Butterfly Atrium. Snapology handles the party setup, activity leadership, coordination, and clean-up so families can focus on the birthday child and the memories being made.
You Get to Enjoy the Birthday, Too
A Hershey Gardens Snapology party is designed so parents do not have to spend the celebration directing children, watching the clock, managing every transition, or cleaning up. Our team hosts the experience and coordinates the party details so you can be present for your child’s big day.
Snapology handles setup and works with Hershey Gardens staff on the party logistics so families do not have to coordinate the experience themselves.
When the celebration wraps up, our team takes care of party clean-up so your family can focus on enjoying the day.

Outside Food Policy & Guidelines
Hershey Gardens allows families to bring a birthday treat, such as cake or cupcakes, and individually packaged drinks at no additional charge. Additional outside food beyond these items is subject to a $20 fee to cover the extra management and serving required.

Payment & Gratuity Information
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party based on the final guest count.
Payment: Credit card payments are accepted. For staff safety, cash is not accepted as a standard payment method. If you need to make special arrangements to pay by cash or check, contact Becka in advance.
Gratuity: Tips for your party host are appreciated. Families may tip in cash or add gratuity to the final invoice.
