1. When can we set up?
    We’re just as excited as you are! Our instructors will arrive 30 minutes before the party to set up. You’re welcome to arrive at that time too—but not earlier—to get your decorations and snacks ready.
  1. Can we decorate the space?
    Yes—just not the walls! We recommend keeping it festive with table decorations and helium balloons. Hosting at Pickleball America? They love working with Priscilla from Balloons and Beyond (located in the Town Center): (475) 449-2444 for custom balloon magic!
  1. What’s the deal with food and drinks?
    You’re welcome to bring your own food—we currently do not offer catering. Bring prepackaged drinks like juice boxes, mini water bottles, or seltzers. No alcohol on-site.
  1. Can I drop off my child?
    Yes, but the Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s) Host is held accountable for the attending children.
  1. When does the party end?
    Our instructors will clean up and head out right at the end of the scheduled party time. All guests must also leave at that time—staying late may result in a venue surcharge.
  1. Can I leave stuff behind and grab it later?
    Nope—we love to keep things tidy! All items must leave with you. Snapology isn’t responsible for personal belongings left behind, and we can’t store or return materials after the party.
  1. Should we tip the instructor?
    Totally up to you! Tipping is not required, but it’s always a kind way to thank your instructor for making your child’s big day extra special.
