2026 Summer Camp Refund & Cancellation Policy

We know that plans can change! Please review the following refund, cancellation, and transfer policy before registering for a Snapology summer camp session.

Important Registration Information

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. If full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your child’s spot, a portion of the payment may be considered non-refundable according to the refund terms listed below.

Deposits help us plan staffing, materials, and space for each camp session.

Transfers

Need to switch dates or sessions? We’re happy to transfer your child to another available camp session whenever possible. To request a transfer, please contact us with the new camp date or session you would like to move to. Transfers are subject to availability.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

Refunds are based on the date your cancellation request is received.

May 15–May 30, 2026 50% refund Minus any non-refundable deposit and a $15 processing fee per camper/session
After May 30, 2026 No refund No refunds will be issued after May 30, 2026

Refund Policy Details

Cancellations Before May 15, 2026

Families who cancel before May 15, 2026 will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit and a $15 processing fee per camper, per session.

Cancellations Between May 15 and May 30, 2026

Families who cancel between May 15 and May 30, 2026 will receive a 50% refund, minus any non-refundable deposit and a $15 processing fee per camper, per session.

Cancellations After May 30, 2026

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 30, 2026.

Missed Camp Days

Refunds or makeup days are not provided for partially missed camp weeks, regardless of the reason.

Medical Cancellations

We understand that medical situations may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if your child is unable to attend camp due to a medical issue.

A full refund, minus a $15 processing fee, may be provided when a written note from your child’s physician is submitted. When possible, we are also happy to transfer your child to another available session.
