At Snapology, we provide a fun, interactive celebration for your guest of honor and a party plan tailored to your needs—whether you want to keep it simple or go all out.

Lancaster Center Party Packages

Basic Party Package $249
- Up to 10 children included in base price (additional children $12/child)
- 90 minutes of Free Play at Snapology’s interactive stations
- Access to the Party Room
- Staff available to assist with station activities but not as hosts
- Family provides and sets up their own decorations, tableware (plates, napkins, forks, etc.)
- Digital Invitations or Printable Invitations
- Guest limits:
- Max 15 children
- 20 total guests (children + adults)
- Option to add a birthday T-shirt for the guest of honor for just $15
Family is responsible for basic clean-up (remove decorations, throw away trash, etc.)
Upgrade your basic party:
- 2-hour party: +$75
- Private party (up to 24 kids / 45 guests): +$100 — exclusive use of the entire Center
Classic Party Package $349
- Up to 10 children included in base price (additional children $15/child)
- 90 minutes of party time, including:
- Guided creative themed building activity led by a facilitator
- Free Play at Snapology’s interactive stations
- Dedicated party host who:
- Welcomes guests and directs the party
- Sets up the party room and manages the celebration
- Helps transport gifts and supplies to your vehicle
- Basic birthday-themed decorations
- Birthday T-shirt for the guest of honor
- Snapology provides cake plates, napkins, and forks
- Snapology handles all clean-up
- Digital invitations or printable invitations
- Guest limits:
- Max 15 children
- 26 total guests (children & adults)
Upgrade your classic party:
- 2-hour party: +$75
- Private party (up to 24 kids / 45 guests): +$100 — exclusive use of the entire Center
Premium Party Package $499
- Up to 10 children included in base price (additional children $25/child)
- 120 minutes of party time, including:
- Guided Themed Build led by a facilitator
- Free Play at Snapology’s interactive stations
- Private event
- Dedicated party host who:
- Welcomes guests and directs the party
- Sets up the party room and manages the celebration
- Helps transport gifts and supplies to your vehicle
- Building Block-themed decorations
- Birthday T-shirt for the guest of honor
- Goodie bags for each child (includes a mini building block set, tattoos, and stickers in an egg container)
- Snapology provides cake plates, napkins, and forks
- Snapology handles all clean-up
- Digital invitations or printable invitations
- Guest limits:
- Max 24 children
- 45 total guests (children & adults)

Important Payment & Gratuity Information for Birthday Parties
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all party packages. The remaining balance will be calculated on the day of the party and must be paid at that time.

🔒 For the safety of our staff, we do not accept cash payments.
If you need to make special arrangements to pay by cash or check, please contact Becka in advance at

💡 Tips: Gratuities for your party facilitator are customary and greatly appreciated as a way to acknowledge the excellent service provided during your event. You’re welcome to tip in cash or conveniently add it to your final invoice when paying by card.

Outside Food Policy and Guidelines
Snapology allows families to bring a birthday treat (such as a cake or cupcakes) and individually packaged drinks for their party at no additional charge. If you choose to bring additional outside food beyond these items, please note that a $20 fee will be applied to cover the extra management and serving required.
To ensure all food aligns with our safety and cleanliness guidelines, please review our Snapology Birthday Party Food Guidelines before finalizing your menu. If you have any questions or are considering bringing foods not listed in the guidelines, please contact us to confirm that they are acceptable.
