Celebrate at the Gardens with Snapology!
All you need to do is choose your theme, send the invites, and show up with the cake. We take care of ALL of the rest—including clean-up and coordination with the Gardens staff. Birthday planning has never been this easy!
Party Rates & Themes
- Base Price for up to 10 children + 4 adults: $399
- Additional children: $24 each
- Additional adults: $12 each (includes admission to Gardens and Butterfly Atrium)
- Upgrade to a 2-hour party: +$100
What’s Included:
- 90-minute party
- Snapology party host to set up, guide activities, and clean up
- Guided creative themed building activity led by a facilitator
- Admission to Hershey Gardens & Butterfly Atrium
- Dedicated party host who:
- Welcomes guests and directs the party
- Sets up the party room and manages the celebration
- Tablecloths, utensils, birthday-themed party products
- Snapology t-shirt for the Guest of Honor
- Digital invitations or printable invitations
- Optional goodie bags (available for an additional fee)
Outside Food Policy and Guidelines
Hershey Gardens allows families to bring a birthday treat (such as a cake or cupcakes) and individually packaged drinks at no additional charge. If you choose to bring additional outside food beyond these items, please note that a $20 fee will be applied to cover the extra management and serving required.
To ensure all food aligns with our safety and cleanliness guidelines, please review our Birthday Party Food Guidelines. If you have any questions, contact us to confirm food is acceptable.
NOTE: Max capacity inside the Garden Cottage is approximately 20 people. Additional outdoor seating may be available weather permitting.

Important Payment & Gratuity Information
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party based on final guest count.
💳 Only credit card payments are accepted.
🔒 For staff safety, we do not accept cash payments.
If you need to make special arrangements to pay by cash or check, contact Becka in advance.
💡 Tips: Gratuities for your party host are appreciated! Tip in cash or add to your invoice.
