Competition Teams

Robotics With Trophies!

Snapology’s Competition Teams are a fantastic way to take building and teamwork to a new level. Focused on building an interest in science and engineering, these are hands-on programs designed to capture children’s inherent curiosity and direct it toward discovering the possibilities of problem solving and improving the world around them. The programs feature a real-world challenge, to be solved by research, critical thinking and imagination. Guided by adult coaches, students work in teams with LEGO® elements and moving parts to build ideas and concepts to present them for review at the local, state and national levels.

First Lego® League

The best way to summarize FIRST LEGO® League (FLL) is to say that it is an international robotics competition. Children will compete in local competitions, moving on to regional and national depending on success. FLL is designed to get children excited about science and teach them valuable employment and life skills. Teams build, test, and program an autonomous robot using LEGO® Mindstorms® EV3 robots to solve a set of missions on an obstacle course. If your child enjoyed our robotics class, they will LOVE this program!

FIRST LEGO® LEAGUE JUNIOR

The program features a real-world challenge to be solved by research, critical thinking and imagination.
