FAQs
Is cake included in the birthday package?
No, unfortunately not at the moment. You are welcome to bring your own cake for the party.
Is decoration included in the birthday package?
No, we are happy to coordinate with you to arrive 15 minutes before the party starts so you can decorate. We will also provide your assigned party room layout.
When is the payment due?
We require a $75 non-refundable deposit in order to book. This deposit reserves the time and a birthday party facilitator for your chosen date and time. The rest of the payment is due on the date of the party.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Ideally we would prefer you to book 4-6 weeks in advance, but we might be able to accommodate a last minute request if your date is available.
What if I have more than 12 guests for a birthday party?
There is a $20 additional charge for each additional kid above 12 in the party.
