Are you ready for an exciting adventure that combines creativity, critical thinking, and cutting-edge robotics? Snapology of Amarillo is absolutely thrilled to announce that we are now offering the incredible FIRST® LEGO® League (FLL) program right here in our community for the 2026-2027 season!

Welcome to our 2026-2027 biodiversity-themed robotics season, FIRST® CANOPY™.
Our Snapology Amarillo FLL Program Highlights for the 2026-2027 Season:
We’ve designed our program to be accessible and enriching for a wide range of ages and interests:
- Anticipated Season Dates: Begins week of September 1, 2026, through the month of January. Please note that we will not meet on holidays.
- The 2026-2027 Theme: BIOGLOW™!
- Two Age-Specific Team Levels:
- FLL Explore Teams Wednesdays, 5-6:30 (Ages 6-10): Students delve into engineering fundamentals, designing and coding solutions with LEGO bricks and SPIKE Essential, all within the context of the BIOGLOW challenge. Teams will meet weekly for 1.5 hours with a mix of FLL focus and creative play, culminating an end of season Family Showcases.
- FLL Challenge Teams Tuesdays, 5-6:30 (Ages 9-14): Get ready for friendly competition! These teams engage in research, problem-solving, coding, and engineering, building and programming LEGO SPIKE Prime robots to complete missions on a themed field related to the BIOGLOW theme. They’ll also tackle a real-world problem with an innovative solution. Challenge Teams are eligible to compete in an area event (this year’s is tentatively scheduled for a Saturday Mid February 2027, – plan for a full-day event!).
- Program Investment:
- One-Time Initial Supply Fee: $75 for Explore & $150 for Challenge Teams.
- Participation Cost Challenge Teams: $510 for the season, conveniently spread into $85 monthly payments from September through February.
- Participation Cost Explore Teams: $260 for the season, conveniently spread into $65 monthly payments from September through December.
