Get the help you need putting together your Snapology party! We will work closely with you to arrange the venue, food, drinks, dessert, decorations, etc. As much, or as little, assistance as you would like in the planning. Then our party facilitator will not only lead the Snapology activity, but stay for up to three hours to help with all aspects of the party.

Want something fun and meaningful to remind your guests of the fun they had at your party? Select from three different goody bag options and we will take care of them for you! Choice of a LEGO Mystery Minifigure, a LEGO brick or minifig keychain, or a small build kit. We will include some added Snapology fun like stickers, tattoos, or pencils too.

Birthday FAQs
Snapology themes are designed with kids in mind. We cover just about every major theme children love, from magical worlds and animal adventures to heroic quests, racing games, and building challenges. Whether your learners are into animation, fantasy, video games, or science fiction, we have something that sparks their imagination.
If there’s a favorite theme we don’t already offer, we can create a custom experience just for your group. Our programs are as flexible and creative as the kids who attend them!
- Recreation and community centers are great options for larger parties. These will allow you to bring in whatever food you would like for your party guests.
- Pizza restaurants often have a party room, which will vary in size by the site. They usually only require you to purchase your food and drink through them in order to book the room.
- Ice cream / Frozen yogurt shoppes often have a small party room, so are a great option for smaller(14 or fewer) parties. They usually will only require that you purchase ice cream / froyo for each party guest in order to use the room. You can opt to bring in additional food or drink if desired.
- Religious institutions often have space available to rent to the public, regardless of whether you attend there. These will allow you to bring in whatever food you would like for your party guests.
- Local Parks and Recreation classroom space, where Snapology holds their after school programs, is often available for rent on weekends. These will allow you to bring in whatever food you would like for your party guests.
- Park pavilions are a great party venue in the spring, summer, and fall. Not only can you bring in your own food, but it has built in access to playgrounds and fields for the party guests to enjoy after their Snapology activity.
- Your home is an option if you have the space to accommodate your party guests. We need ample table seating for all the guests, in an area apart from the food and other distractions, that is accessible via six or fewer steps.
- As your guests arrive, we have a "brick happy hour" welcoming time for the children to enjoy exploring and free building until all guests (or a quorum) have arrived.
- Our party facilitator will lead a discussion on the party theme and engage the guests in creative brainstorming on the building activity to get everyone excited and ready to build.
- Children will build, either independently or with a partner (their choice).
- We end with the memory making time with fun photo ops and a sharing time for the children to present their creation to the group.
- Finally everyone disassembles and they move on to the next fun part of your party!
- This entire process will keep your party guests happily engaged for 1.25 hours (ages 6+.) Parties for younger children will range from 45-60 minutes, depending on their age and the amount of other distractions.
- Your child may LOVE structured builds and be a master builder, but do you know if your party guests are? There are some children who do not like following build directions and only want to do their own thing. These children will struggle with a structured build.
- The kits for our robotics and engineering parties take up quite a bit of space! You should plan your guest count or party venue based upon a seating capacity of double the number of guests. So a party with 10 children needs a space that would normally hold 20 children.
- Our robotics and engineering curriculum is age appropriate, so there are simpler build activities for children 7 and under, and more complex activities for children 8 and over. A successful robotics and engineering party has party guests that are all around the same age, completing a build activity appropriate for their age.
