Birthday FAQs

What themes can we choose from?

Snapology themes are designed with kids in mind. We cover just about every major theme children love, from magical worlds and animal adventures to heroic quests, racing games, and building challenges. Whether your learners are into animation, fantasy, video games, or science fiction, we have something that sparks their imagination.

If there’s a favorite theme we don’t already offer, we can create a custom experience just for your group. Our programs are as flexible and creative as the kids who attend them!

Can we bring our own decorations?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring in decorations to match your child’s theme. Please confirm with your local Snapology center about setup time and restrictions (such as balloons, tape, or confetti).

What is included in the base package?

All Parties Include a Birthday Theme and a certified Snapology party facilitator who will set-up, conduct activities and clean up. Base packages start at $200 for a 1.5 hour themed birthday party and $250 for a 2 hour robotics birthday party. Parties include 12 attendees including the birthday child. Additional attendees (up to 20) for an additional charge. You tell us where and we'll bring the fun! Cancellation Fees Apply

Are there any upcharges or fees?

Up to 8 more children can be added to the party for an additional cost.

Themed: $10.00/additional child
Robotics/Engineering: $12.50/additional child

Our fidget spinner party comes with an additional $3 per child fee for the take home custom fidget spinners. There are some party themes that can include additional themed mini-figures. These also have an additional $3 upcharge per figure.

Where would the party be?

We come to you! We only require that there are enough tables and chairs for us to conduct our activities. We can also help find a location for the party.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Full payment is due at the time of registration in order to secure enrollment in this Snapology activity. This is a non-refundable fee under the following conditions. CANCELLATION BY YOU: We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel or transfer your child to another date or session. TRANSFER: Simply contact us to let us know the new date or session for which you wish to re-enroll your child. REFUND: If you cancel with more than 4 weeks till the session start date, then you will receive a full refund less a $10 processing fee. If you cancel 2-4 weeks prior to the session start date, a 50% refund will be issued. No refund is provided if you cancel within 2 weeks prior to the session. MEDICAL ISSUES: We understand that medical issues may arise. Please call us as soon as possible to inform us of your need to cancel. We will provide a full refund less a $10 processing fee if you submit a written excuse from your child's physician. CANCELLATION BY SNAPOLOGY: In the event that the activity is canceled, due to low enrollment or any other reason, you will be refunded accordingly.
