Location: Urban Air Greensboro, 4640 W Market St, Greensboro, NC 27407

Camp Times: AM 9AM–12PM | PM 1PM–4PM | Regular Full Day 9AM–4PM | Extended Full Day 8AM–5PM

Ages: Starting 1st Graders through age 14. Campers must have previously attended or completed Kindergarten.

Eligibility note: Summer camps are for children starting 1st grade through age 14. Children must have previously attended or completed Kindergarten to participate in camp.

CAMP FAQs

How long are Snapology camps?

Camps may be half-day, full-day, and occur over the course of a week.

Who leads the camp?

All camps are led by trained Snapology instructors who specialize in working with children and making STEAM learning fun and engaging.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Full payment is due at the time of registration in order to secure enrollment in a Snapology activity. This is a non-refundable fee under the following conditions.
Cancellation by you: We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel or transfer your child to another date or session.
Transfer: Simply contact us to let us know the new date or session for which you wish to re-enroll your child.
Refund: If you cancel with more than 4 weeks till the session start date, then you will receive a full refund less a $10 processing fee. If you cancel 2-4 weeks prior to the session start date, a 50% refund will be issued. No refund is provided if you cancel within 2 weeks prior to the session.
Medical issues: We understand that medical issues may arise. Please call us as soon as possible to inform us of your need to cancel. We will provide a full refund less a $10 processing fee if you submit a written excuse from your child’s physician.
Cancellation by Snapology: In the event that the activity is canceled, due to low enrollment or any other reason, you will be refunded accordingly.

What should I send my child with?

Labeled resealable water bottle.
If signed up for Full Day Camp, send a labeled lunch. No refrigeration is available on site.
No toys or electronics allowed.

Above all, we want the kids to have FUN! Be ready to engage, build, and make new friends! Snapology is not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken personal items.

Is there anything else I should know?

Child must have attended kindergarten.
Child must be fully potty trained as we cannot assist with toileting needs.
We are unable to administer medications.
We do our best to be nut free during full-day camps when lunches are necessary, but that is not guaranteed.

What are the camp times?

Half Day Morning: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. | Drop off: 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. | Pick up: 12:00 p.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Half Day Afternoon: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. | Drop off: 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. | Pick up: 4:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.
Full Day: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. | Lunch: 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. | Drop off: 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. | Pick up: 4:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.
Extended Full Day: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. | Lunch: 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. | Drop off: 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. | Pick up: 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Late pick up fee of $1.00 per minute per child.

What if my child has special needs?

Please make us aware of any special needs your child may have.

If they have an aid at school, that aid must also attend at your own cost.
