Kids have been cooped in the house and needing something to engage them, summer camps are a true lifesaver. We know establishing new routines and adjusting to a new normal will be stressful. Lucky for you, we have put together a guide of some great summer camps in the Kingwood area available for your children to help you start planning.

2. USA Sports Group
Get outside and get active with USA Sports Group! Multisports camps are available to teach kids about sports like baseball, basketball, volleyball, flag football, and so many more. Full and half day options are available to best fit your family’s schedule. Campers will spend part of the day learning the basics of the sports and part of the day participating in scrimmages. Each camper will receive a shirt to wear during camp and a certificate of completion on the final day!
3. Visual Arts Center of New Jersey
Have your child express their creative side at the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey! For the summer of 2020, the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey will be offered both in person and online programs for kids of all ages. For online camps, a kit of supplies will be available for curbside pick up and are yours to keep even after the camp is over. For in person camps, campers will have their own workstation and supplies.
4. Performers Theatre Workshop
Take the stage with Performers Theatre Workshop! There is a camp for everyone. Young Performers will teach campers the basics of acting, singing, and dancing. Making of a Musical will take campers of all experience levels through the process of putting on a Broadway musical and will even get the chance to record a cast soundtrack! Extended care hours are available to best fit all parents schedules.
5. Summit Area YMCA
Have a summer full of adventure at the Summit Area YMCA! The Summit Area YMCA offers so many camp options to kid campers active and engaged. There is a camp for every child with daily activities that include arts and crafts, playground time and water play, swimming, dance, sports clinics, gardening, and so much more.
