Payment/Cancellation Policy: Full payment is due at the time of registration in order to secure enrollment in this Snapology program. This is a non-refundable fee under the following conditions. CANCELLATION: We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel or transfer your child to another program. Here are your options… TRANSFER: Simply contact us with the new program you’d like to enroll your child in and we will transfer he/she to the new program. No fees applied for transfers. CREDIT: If you cancel with more than 4 weeks until the program start date, then you will receive a full refund less a 4% processing fee or $10, whichever is higher. If you cancel 2-4 weeks prior to the program start date, a 50% refund will be issued. If you cancel within 2 weeks of the program, NO refund will be issued. MEDICAL ISSUES: We understand that medical issues may arise. Please call us as soon as possible to inform us of your need to cancel. We will provide a full refund less a 4% processing fee or $10, whichever is higher if you submit a written excuse from your child’s physician. Otherwise, we will transfer your child to another program. CANCELLATION BY SNAPOLOGY: In the event that the program is canceled due to low enrollment, you will be informed and fully reimbursed right away.
