What Themes Can I Pick From?
Snapology themes are designed with kids in mind. We cover just about every major theme children love, from magical worlds and animal adventures to heroic quests, racing games, and building challenges. Whether your learners are into animation, fantasy, video games, or science fiction, we have something that sparks their imagination.
If there’s a favorite theme we don’t already offer, we can create a custom experience just for your group. Our programs are as flexible and creative as the kids who attend them!
General Birthday Party Questions
Can I Book a Party On The Snapology Registration Site? Yes – please click the “Book Your Party Today” button and you’ll be redirected to our registration site. Please email us directly at steamagent.westboise@snapology.com or call us at 208-510-6522 if you have any additional questions or need help with scheduling.
I Can’t Find Available Birthday Parties On The Schedule – Why Is That? It could be that you are too close to the date of your requested birthday party or we may already have a party booked for that time. You can always call us to double-check availability.
The Event Registration Is Not Calculating The Full Price Of My Selections – Is This Correct? At the time of booking your party you will only be asked to pay a $100 deposit. We will collect the remainder of your balance at the conclusion of your party.
Can I Make Changes To My Booked Party? Yes, you CAN make changes up until 5 days prior to your scheduled event. Examples of allowed changes are: party theme or party add-ons (adding, removing, or changing quantity). We will make every effort to accommodate your needs so long as we have time to act. Changing party packages may not be allowed due to limited supply availability.
What Is The Refund Policy? It stinks when life deals us hiccups and we would like to support you as best as we can. Full refunds can be expected (less 5% processing fee) for parties canceled more than two weeks prior to the party date. Within the two-week window, we reserve the right to withhold $100 of the deposit. If you need to reschedule your party, please do so more than 72 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Rescheduling may incur an additional deposit.
All Parties Are Priced For Up To 14 Children Plus the Guest of Honor, Can I Add On More Kids? We can typically easily accommodate up to 20 participants. Additional guests will be charged an additional fee per participant at the conclusion of your event.
Do You Provide Party Decorations? We provide tableware and flatware for your event. Additional decorations may be available for a surcharge to add a theme to your event. You are welcome to bring any decor that can be temporarily installed for your event.
Can Adults Stay During The Party? Adults can stay but they are also free to drop their kids off by signing them into the front desk at Snapology. Our facility does have limited capacity, so if a lot of parents plan to come they may have to stand outside the classroom for part of the party to allow space for the participants to enjoy the event.
Will Kids Get To Keep Their LEGO® Brick Creations? No – to keep our costs down, all of our kits and supplies are reused for our various events. However, we offer minifig, party favor, and large-format sets for purchase for your party guests or the guest of honor to keep. Ask about these options at booking!
Can Siblings Younger Than 3 Participate? Due to the nature of our events, choking hazards are present (small-format LEGO brick, for instance). For this reason, children under the age of three are not allowed in the Snapology area. We do have a lobby that can accommodate siblings or younger guests during the party, should you need to remain on site during the event for another guest.
Is Outside Food Allowed? Yes! We ask that you bring simple food items when possible. Typically things like pizza and chicken nuggets work out great, and cake/cupcakes are, of course, a family favorite for birthday parties at Snapology!
How early can I arrive to decorate for our party? We can generally let you in the party room to begin setting up 30 minutes before your party begins.
