Emergency Contact Information
I will provide current parent/guardian emergency contact information and ensure the contact is reachable during program hours.
Media & Photo Consent
A Media & Photo Consent form is included during registration. I understand that I may opt out if I do not want my child’s photos or videos used for social media or promotional purposes.
Liability Waiver
I have reviewed and agree to the program liability waiver and participation terms.
Important Information – Notes Section
I will use the Notes section during registration to share any health concerns, allergies, medications, behavioural needs, accommodations, or other information our counselors should be aware of to properly support my child.
Special Needs & Accommodations
If my child requires additional support or accommodations, I will contact halton@snapology.com before registering so we can discuss their needs and determine whether we can provide an appropriate and safe environment. We are an inclusive program but are unable to provide one-on-one support.
Food & Allergies
I understand that food and snacks should be provided according to the program schedule. All food brought must be nut-free, and I will disclose any food allergies or dietary restrictions during registration.
Injuries & Emergency Medical Care
I understand that staff may provide reasonable first aid, contact me or my emergency contact, and call emergency medical services when necessary. I am responsible for any applicable medical or emergency-related costs.
Illness
I will not send my child to the program if they are sick or experiencing symptoms that may affect other participants.
Authorized Pick-Up
Only individuals authorized during registration may pick up my child. Photo ID may be required.
Personal Belongings
I understand that children should not bring valuables, toys, or unnecessary electronics. Snapology is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
Registration & Payment Acknowledgement
I confirm that I am the parent/guardian or authorized person registering the child and that the information provided is accurate. I authorize the payment and acknowledge that I have reviewed and agreed to the registration terms and program guidelines.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
I have reviewed and agree to the applicable cancellation and refund policy provided for the program at the time of registration.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up
I understand that drop-off and pick-up times vary by program and agree to follow the scheduled times. Any applicable late pick-up fees will be charged according to the program’s stated policy.
Behaviour, Safety & Parent/Guardian Cooperation
I understand that my child must follow staff instructions and behave safely and respectfully. Staff decisions regarding safety, behaviour, participation, or early pick-up must be respected. If my child poses a safety risk or significantly disrupts the program, I may be contacted for immediate pick-up. No refund or credit will be provided for required early pick-up.
Registration Confirmation
By completing registration, I confirm that I have reviewed and agree to the above policies and requirements and have provided all information necessary to safely support my child during the program.
